PRICING
All prices listed on our website include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise. If VAT rates change between your order and dispatch, we’ll adjust the VAT you pay unless payment has already been made in full.
We charge you when we dispatch your order and send a Dispatch Confirmation email. Ownership of the product transfers to you once full payment is received.
If payment is overdue, we may charge interest at 2% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily until the overdue amount is paid in full.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Unless otherwise stated, Better Bargain is not the manufacturer of the products sold. While we make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions, colours may vary slightly from how they appear on your device and packaging may differ.
We reserve the right to make minor changes to products due to legal, regulatory, or technical updates, provided these do not materially affect your use.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
- Processing Time: Orders placed before 4pm GMT on business days are processed the same day. Orders after this time, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next working day.
- Delivery Options: Shipping options and their respective costs (inclusive of VAT) are detailed on our website.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
DELAYS & NON-PERFORMANCE
If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you and take steps to minimise the delay. You will not be compensated for the delay, but you may cancel the order if the delay is substantial and receive a full refund for undelivered items.
If an event completely prevents us from fulfilling the contract, we’ll notify you and cancel the contract with a full refund.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product.
To cancel:

You must return the item to us at your own cost within 14 days of notifying us, unless free returns were offered when you ordered. Use a tracked delivery method and retain proof of return. If we don’t receive the item within a reasonable time, we may refuse a refund.
We only refund the standard delivery cost. Express delivery costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned product (or proof of posting) using your original payment method. No refund fees apply.
If the product is not returned in a resellable condition (e.g. damaged packaging, missing accessories, removed tags), we may reduce your refund accordingly. In some cases, no refund may be issued. Contact our Customer Service team for advice.
RETURNS POLICY
We are committed to supplying products as described on our website and as required by law.
If your product is faulty:
- Contact us via our Contact Form or email info@betterbargainuk.com
- Include a description and, if possible, photos/videos of the issue.
- You may request a refund or replacement.
Once a fault is confirmed, we’ll send a pre-paid return label. You must return the item using this label. We’ll provide return status updates throughout the process.
WARRANTY PERIOD
If your product develops a fault (not due to misuse or wear and tear) within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or replace it. This is in addition to your legal rights.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:
- A full refund within 30 days if the product is faulty.
- A full refund if a repair or replacement is not successful within 6 months.
- A partial refund if the product fails within a reasonable time (up to 6 years in some cases).
USE OF PRODUCTS
All products are intended for domestic or home office use unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any modification of hardware or software may void your warranty and affect your right to return.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS & CUSTOMS
If ordering from outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are your responsibility. We have no control over customs processes or charges.
As the importer, you must comply with local laws and regulations. Cross-border deliveries may be inspected by customs.
ENDING OUR CONTRACT
We may cancel our contract with you if you fail to provide necessary delivery information or access, and we may seek compensation.
OUR LIABILITY
We are responsible for foreseeable losses resulting from breach of contract or our negligence.
We are not liable for:
- Losses that were not foreseeable
- Delays outside our control
- Your failure to follow reasonable instructions
- Losses related to business use
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
CHILDREN
We do not sell to individuals under 18. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place orders on your behalf.

Disputes will be governed by English law. You may bring claims in your local UK court (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). We may also bring claims in your local jurisdiction.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
- We may transfer our obligations to another organisation, and will inform you if this happens.
- No third party has any rights under these Terms.
- If any part of these terms is ruled invalid, the rest will remain in force.
