ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product.

To cancel your order:

  • Contact our Customer Service Team (see “Returns Policy” below), or
  • Fill out the cancellation form and send it to info@betterbargainuk.com, or
  • Post it to us at:

If your item has already been dispatched, you must return it within 14 days of notifying us, at your own cost (unless free returns were offered at the time of purchase).

Keep proof of postage to avoid issues with refunds.

We do not refund return shipping costs if you’ve simply changed your mind and the item has already been dispatched.

Refunds:

  • If the item hasn’t been shipped yet – you’ll be refunded within 14 days of cancellation.
  • If the item has been shipped – we’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving it back or receiving proof that it has been returned.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method. No extra fees apply.

If the item is returned used, damaged, or not in its original condition, we may reduce your refund accordingly. Examples include:

  • Missing tags or packaging
  • Visible signs of use
  • Missing accessories

December Exception: Purchases made from 1st–31st December are eligible for extended returns to allow for holiday gifts to be opened and tested.

When contacting us:

  • Indicate if you want a replacement or a refund
  • Include a photo or video showing the issue

Once confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we’ll send you a pre-paid return label, and you must return the item using it.

You’ll receive automatic email updates as your return is processed.
